Back of house Typical duties include:

• Food preparation and ingredient preparation
• Washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
• Assisting cooks and chefs with kitchen tasks
• Preparing basic menu items as assigned
• Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and workstations
• Restocking ingredients, supplies, and kitchen items
• Organizing and storing food properly
• Taking out trash and maintaining cleanliness
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries
