Front Desk Agent

A Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for hosting guests throughout their stay. From a warm welcome upon arrival to an effortless departure, this role will play a critical hand in executing the seamless guest experience in a tech forward hotel environment.

Server Assistant/Food Runner

We are looking for an observant, efficient Food Runner who can work with other staff members to ensure that our customers receive prompt, seamless service and to take on other duties to support the Dining Room Servers/Server Assistants/Bartenders and ensure that the bar operates smoothly. You should be knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, and focused on providing the best possible service in a fast-paced environment.

As a runner, you contribute a tremendous amount towards our success. The most important function of the runner is to deliver food from the kitchen to the correct guest at the table. You have a direct impact on the level of service that we offer to our guests, not only through your assistance of the waiters, but your interaction with the guests themselves. Additionally, you are the key liaison between the front of the house and the kitchen, and your clear communication will lend itself to a smooth service. You have been chosen for this position because of your experience, ability, and character. Together, we will work to provide a memorable dining experience for each of our guests.

Line Cook/Prep Cook

A Line Cook prepares food using recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly. In this position, your primary goal will be to prepare high quality meals. To be successful in this role, the ideal participant will possess
excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customers satisfaction. Some of your key duties and responsibilities include: Ensuring the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and
stocked. Preparing food including cleaning and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces. Cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks. Plating prepared foods based on chef’s guidance Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to the request and on time Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end if the shifts. Taking care of any leftovers Stocking inventory Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
