The bus runs until 4:00pm each day. If your shift ends after 4:00pm the Host Company will assist in providing transportation home at the end of your shift.

Position Description
Hostess
The Host is the first person the customers will come in contact with, when entering the restaurant, and are the “face” of the restaurant. They must always strive to give a great first impression.
The Host is responsible to answer the phone, greet customers, take names onto a waiting list, call the waiting customers in to be seated, seat the groups/parties, help with the “flow” of the restaurant, keep the front of the restaurant maintained, clean up the restaurant at the end of the night and, most importantly, thank the guests upon exiting for coming in to dine with us.
Hostess will also be required to sweep and mop dining room floors at the end of every shift.
Participants will be thoroughly trained and should not be intimidated by the level of direct customer contact. This is a job for people who are confident with their language skills and wish to improve upon them as they will be on the front line of our operation.
Prep/Line Cook
The Cook position involves working many various areas of the restaurant. Participants hired as Cooks will be cross-trained and will occasionally be requested or required to perform various BOH (Back of House) duties such as busser and dishwasher.
Previous Restaurant Kitchen experience is preferred, but willing to train a quick learner.
You will be assigned cook duties including making salads, preparing vegetables, cutting meat, as well as line cook duties that include working on the fryers, ovens and cooking on the stoves. You will also have other duties as assigned by your manager.
Great customer service skills are required. It will be helpful if you have some prior kitchen experience. Training will be provided, however once the busy season hits you will need to work independently at a fast pace.
Dishwasher
The following is a list of essential functions for the Prep/Dishwasher position. While this list is not an all-inclusive job description, it is important for each employee to read and have a clear understanding of these duties that are considered fundamental to the Dishwasher position. Dishwasher may be cross-trained and requested or required to work in various BOH (Back of House) positions based on business needs. Positions include assisting as a Prep Cook.

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing all forms of dishes/pans and keeping the kitchen clean, stocked and organized. This is a very fast paced position, must be able to keep up with the demand of the restaurant.
You will also have other cleaning responsibilities including floors, counters, ovens, and other areas of the kitchen. You will be asked to take out trash, stock supplies and assist the cooks as needed. You could also be working on deep fryers, griddle/charbrolier and plating plates of food.
