The Mea Thai Cuisine

  • Station setup: Stock food items and supplies on their assigned cooking station before service begins.

  • Food preparation: Prepare ingredients by chopping, dicing, mixing, and preparing sauces and other components.

  • Cooking and plating: Cook food to order using various methods like grilling, frying, and sautéing, following established recipes and plating each dish according to presentation standards.

  • Sanitation and cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation throughout the shift and perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the day.

  • Inventory and restocking: Monitor inventory levels for their station, restock as needed, and perform inventory checks.
