Job Description:

Join the dynamic team at The Monument, Rapid City’s premier event venue! As a Cook, you’ll support a wide range of exciting events—from concerts and sports games to banquets and catered gatherings.

• Prepare ingredients including washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring.
• Cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and production schedules.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, steamers, and slicers.
• Maintain food quality, appearance, and consistency.
• Assist with banquet, catering, and concession food production.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor food temperatures and proper storage procedures.
• Keep workstations, kitchen areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory rotation and restocking supplies.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and event personnel.
