Job Description:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes
  • Setting up and stocking cooking stations
  • Operating kitchen equipment safely
  • Maintaining food quality and presentation standards
  • Following food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Preparing ingredients (chopping, slicing, portioning, marinating)
  • Coordinating with other kitchen staff during service
