The Round House offers positions in the Round House Bar, the Bucket Shop at the Round House, and the Red Moon Speak Easy connected to the Round House.

Position Description:

The Bucket Shop is located inside the Round House Bar & Grill selling apparel & gifts! As a Retail Associate you will be required to perform various duties as assigned, all types of retail register transactions, assist customers with merchandise, stock shelves and displays, clean displays and sales floor. It is imperative that a Retail Associate engages customers and offers suggestions for merchandise and is able to assist customers with questions that they may have. Knowledge about the shop and merchandise is something that must be learned to better help customers.

Retail Associates must also be able to handle money and make proper change on transactions. Customer service is of the utmost
importance.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Greet and assist all customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, Obtain as much product information as possible in order to
• assist customers on items sold in the Bucket Shop.
• Be aware of product location and prices.
• Become fully qualified as register operator in regards to all transactions, including cash handling and processing credit card transactions, as instructed in training, Count and maintain accurate bank.
• Maintain stock and displays in a clean, neat and visually appealing manner.
• Maintain high standard of shop appearance.
• Follow directions and instructions provided by the Manager and Supervisors, and assist other employees with their workloads as necessary.
• Provide a fun and friendly shopping environment for all customers.
