Kitchen Staff (เหมาะสำหรับน้องที่สนใจทำงานในครัว มีความอดทนทำงานหน้าเตาได้)

Person will be responsible to work the fryers in sync with the line cook, help plate food according to meal ticket, use standard portion control guidelines, prep food as necessary, keep area clean, learn to cook pizzas, and help with dishes when needed. Also will be responsible for cleaning fryers before the kitchen opens.

Cleaning staff

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests. Duties may include housekeeping, sanitation, restocking supplies, and assisting with general cleaning tasks as needed.

Job requirement

Can realize that it is long days 11 hour shifts in a hot kitchen with kitchen staff. The ability to think quickly and manage time in order for plates to be completed correctly. Some lifting when deliveries arrive. A positive attitude and the ability to learn and listen and follow subscribed guidelines.

Arrival Airport: MSP (Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport)
Airport transfer: There is a local shuttle company that will bring the students from MSP directly to Trails End; $125 per person
