Kitchen worker
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation
- Make sushi and perform basic cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Sushi making/cooking
- Prepare and make sushi according to standard recipes
- Handle raw fish and ingredients safely and hygienically
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and freshness
