Job Description:

Kitchen Prep

The Kitchen Prep Position assists the Kitchen staff in Food Preparation and is responsible for set up and breakdown of assigned work station as well as sanitation of immediate work area; lift heavy pots and pans up to 20 lbs..

You will be expected to arrive to work on time, every day, and dressed in proper uniform.

Communicating professionally with co-workers and guests will be expected in all positions in the restaurant. In all positions you must have the ability and willingness to work on your feet for long periods of time and to think and act quickly.

• Performing duties which require bending & reaching
• Standing for up to 8+ hours.
• Cleaning is a priority to keep shop sanitary and nice

Host

The Host Team is responsible to answer the phone, greeting customers, take names onto a waiting list, call the waiting customers in to be seated, seat the groups/parties, help with the “flow” of the restaurant, keep the front of the restaurant maintained, help to roll silverware sets into napkins, clean up the restaurant at the end of the night and, most importantly, thank the guests upon exiting for coming in to dine with us.

High standards of grooming and personal hygiene should be observed at all times while at work and on property. A neat and clean appearance is expected.
