DetailJob Description:
Groundskeepe/ Public Space Attendant : keeps common areas (lobbies, restrooms, hallways, etc.) clean and orderly by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, and sanitizing surfaces, while also reporting maintenance issues, assisting guests, and following safety/lost & found procedures, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Room Attendant : Cleans and maintains hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, restocking amenities (towels, toiletries, mini-bar), and reporting maintenance issues, all while upholding high hygiene and presentation standards for a welcoming guest experience.
