Job description

  • Sets up and breaks down dish machine.
  • Cleans and polishes machine thoroughly and checks to see it is operating correctly.
  • Washes and stores all dishes trays utensils cups and equipment used. Checks water temperature to ensure proper temperature.
  • Removes trash from kitchen area and cleans and sanitizes garbage cans.
  • Keeps dish area neat and clean including belt line from dining area.
  • Keeps all equipment clean sanitized polished and properly stored.
  • May also monitor/clean the dining room and set up.
