Food Preparation Assist chefs with basic food prep (washing, peeling, chopping, cutting) or prepare ingredients and portion food according to recipes. Assist in garnishing and plating dishes under supervision. Keep workstation clean and organized at all times. Wash and sanitize kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment.
