Pizza Maker

• Prepare pizza dough and ingredients according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Stretch, roll, and shape pizza dough to the proper size and thickness.
• Add sauces, cheese, and toppings accurately according to customer orders.
• Bake pizzas using ovens and monitor cooking time and temperature.
• Check pizza quality, appearance, and doneness before serving.
• Prepare and portion ingredients for daily operations.
• Keep the pizza station clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Work efficiently with other kitchen staff during busy hours.

Cook 

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Prepare ingredients, including cutting, chopping, and portioning.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops.
• Cook pizza, sandwiches, appetizers, and other menu items.
• Maintain food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Keep the kitchen, cooking equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Store food properly and check ingredient freshness.
• Assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as assigned.

Cashier

The Cashier is one of the last employers to have contact with our guests. Therefore it is essential to end our guest’s visit with a positive experience at the Cash Register and as they are leaving the restaurant. In addition, you may be assisting with the the role of
counter service and host at times.
