Crew Member

Crew Members help create a positive dining experience by supporting daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities include preparing and packing food and drinks for distribution and sale, assisting with basic food prep, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and providing friendly service to guests as needed. This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a team while developing customer service, time management, and communication skills. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor as needed. Training period is paid with $15/hour, then increased to $16.00/hour.

Cook

Cooks help ensure guests enjoy delicious and high-quality meals by preparing and cooking menu items according to restaurant standards. Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and assisting with inventory and food preparation tasks. Other duties may be assigned by the manager as needed. This role offers the opportunity to develop culinary skills, teamwork, and a strong work ethic while contributing to a positive guest experience. Required skills: cleanliness, conversational English is a must, able to read menu specifications and orders.

Food Expediter

Sushi Expo. The Food Expediter will work in the kitchen and assist in quality control of menu items and preparing them for service to guest. Students will interact with the kitchen staff, servers, and management personnel to ensure quality food and timely service.
